Since these are instantly accessible after purchase, we follow a limited refund policy as per industry standards.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided after a successful download or access.

However, we do offer refunds in specific valid cases:

Refunds may be approved if:

  2. The download link or file was corrupted or inaccessible, and we could not provide a working replacement.
  3. The customer was charged mistakenly (duplicate payment).

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  2. The wrong product was purchased due to customer misunderstanding after delivery.
  3. The product did not “meet expectations” after usage.
  4. The customer changed their mind after purchase.

Order Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.
