Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided after a successful download or access.
However, we do offer refunds in specific valid cases:
Refunds may be approved if:

- The download link or file was corrupted or inaccessible, and we could not provide a working replacement.
- The customer was charged mistakenly (duplicate payment).

Refunds will NOT be issued if:
